Behold the 18th Century 'A la Jeanette' pendant, a filigree marvel in 18K red gold that transports one to the heart of Georgian grace. This pendant, believed to be of Belgian provenance, showcases six grand table cut diamonds and 33 additional diamonds set amidst silver on gold, a technique from a bygone era known for enhancing the stones' natural lustre. The pendant's romantic cross and heart shape intertwine with heritage, echoing a time when such pieces were not merely adornments but narrators of one's lineage and status.
The 18K red gold filigree frills of this Georgian pendant from 1750 guide you through a twofold Latin cross and a heart-shaped surmount depicted by six grand table cut rose cut diamonds set on foil. This typical Belgian adornment, called a croix "à la Jeanette", exudes heritage and romance through the shimmer of 33 modest diamonds in silver scattered over the ethereal gold curls.
