It has on the crown 8 large trapezium-shaped facets and 24 triangular facets, and on the pavilion 8 large trapezium-shaped facets arranged as a central 8-pointed star and 16 surrounding triangular facets, thus a total of 56 facets plus the table and sometimes a culet.
