The highest classification in the colour grading of diamonds, being applied to a rare white stone with a very faint bluish tinge, caused possibly by a slight bluish fluorescence. It was originally applied to such stones from the Jagersfontein Mine in South Africa. Only such diamonds are, strictly, classified as a blue-white diamond.
